Don’t know you but love reading stuff you write! especially as you said things that are not covered such as the article on doping and disordered eating you wrote.
I think having a podcast will be awesome and could draw more attention, I know about myself that I spend loads of time in listening to podcasts and it’s easier than reading
Overall, I enjoy reading what you are putting out now. Anything that could make following your races and results easier would be cool. Adding a podcast would be interesting. A newsletter with some additional insights could also be worthwhile. I would consume both. Personally, I find videos harder to allot time to for some reason.
I really enjoy reading what you write, ive come off Twitter as so much negativity on there but I love podcasts - would be great to subscribe to a newsletter and a podcast , love the substack too.
Not sure what is the best way to go, as I'm not really into social media. I watch YouTube videos (I pay for the premium service to remove ads), listen to podcasts, and prefer email mailing list type newsletters rather than app or substack type services. I read twitter and follow a limited number of people but almost never post or interact, I'm just looking for links to articles and websites of interest.
One possible solution to providing enough and varied content on a regular basis and across platforms may be to team up with others in a similar position to yourself. I'm thinking of someone like Maddy Nutt. It would be nice to have a British viewpoint of all things gravel, possibly even reviews of kit.
I do pay/subscribe to several people and websites I like and trust, but there is a limit to how many subscriptions you want to manage, so having a single subscription to a collective group of people and content would be ideal.
The escapecollective.com is a perfect example of a mix of creators covering different things but all related. I don't read everything by every writer, but there is always something I'm interested in which makes it worth the regular financial contribution.
